ENTRY
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. A few days before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys, just arrive at the cabin!

TRAVEL TO THE CABIN
The road to the cabin is narrow with a few turns. It is paved all the way except for the street that the cabin is on, which is gravel. The first part of the street is on a slight incline with some unevenness in the roadway. Even though you can make it to the cabin in any type of vehicle, even a small sedan or a mini SUV, in inclement weather 4WD and AWD is advised. A custom lowered vehicle may have difficulties. There are no steep cliffside drop-offs.

Other things to note:
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. You’re welcome to smoke outside away from the doors and windows.
- A security camera is outside and only points towards the driveway. It is used for emergency purposes only. You have your privacy everywhere else outside (porch, hot tub, fire pit). There are no cameras or any other monitoring devices inside of the cabin.
- The cabin is on well water. We have whole house water filtration system installed.
- Linens and pillows are provided for all beds and sleeper sofas.
- Minimum age to make a reservation is 18
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Cancellation policy:

• Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 120 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
• Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
• For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
• No refund will be issued for late arrival and/or early departure initiated by the guest.

There is $250 security deposit hold placed on your credit/debit card and it’s released after your departure if there’s no damage to the property. So far we’ve had great guests and released 100% of all security deposits.
